Ember/Charley litter is 4 weeks old today! They have really come alive this week. Teeth are through and the chewing has begun. Walking and running around! Wrestling and biting each other all in fair play has been a riot! Playing with some toys as well. Grandkid playtime has been in abundance. They have been moved to the living room, they are being checked out by our other dogs but no play time just yet. I think they are enjoying the extra space! Stormy would like to play, she will wait! They will get a nail trim and first dose of worm meds this week. Pictures have been posted and they have been weighed. The milk bar is providing well!!! (one of the new babies even benefited from it! Good girl Ember) Both babes have gained nicely. Rosie weighs..................2 lb 2 oz Elsie-Lucille weighs.......2 lb 8 oz Compared to Ember's last litter, these babes are within ounces of the same. Daisy was 1 oz bigger and Kobe was 2 oz bigger. These girls have families waiting for them!
